At Unfold Art Therapy and Counseling, I believe therapy is a valuable investment in your well-being and personal growth. Below is an overview of insurance, fees, and practice policies.

Insurance:

I am currently in-network with the following commercial insurance plans:

• Aetna

• ASR Health Benefits

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (commercial plans)

• Blue Care Network (commercial plans)

• Priority Health (commercial plans)

Please note that I am not currently in-network with Medicaid or Medicare plans.

Private Pay

Private pay services are available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance plan is not accepted.

The private pay rate is $165 per session.

Payment

Payments are due at the time of each session and may be made using a credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA card.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.
